ClashX Pro Download and Setup Guide

ClashX Pro is a historical macOS client with a familiar menu bar workflow. Use it when a legacy guide or profile specifically expects ClashX-style behavior.

  • ClashX Pro is a legacy macOS client; verify source and macOS compatibility before installing.
  • If macOS marks the app as damaged or blocks it, review Gatekeeper prompts before bypassing anything.
  • For newer rule syntax or Mihomo protocol support, compare ClashX Meta, Clash Verge Rev or FlClash.

Quick start with ClashX Pro

The workflow is similar across clients: get the client, copy a private subscription URL, import it as a remote profile, select a node or proxy group, then choose a suitable proxy mode.

Get the client

Use the download area above or the release page, then choose the installer for your system.

Install and open

Follow the operating system prompts. On macOS, Android or Windows, review security prompts before allowing the app.

Import subscription

Open Profiles, Subscriptions, Remote Config or the equivalent entry, paste the subscription URL and update the profile.

Select a node

After the profile updates, choose a node or proxy group based on latency, region and your current scenario.

Enable proxy

Enable system proxy, VPN or the connection switch, then test whether traffic follows the expected route.
